but blogger keeps telling me that the Flikr url is not a valid address and telling me I need to add an image. Arg, arg, arg! I hate computers sometimes. Ah well, my computer is probably grumpy today because Emma pulled about 6 of the keys off with a spoon handle, so it probably just wants a rest (yes I did figure out how to put them back on).
In any case, anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Hello Jill,
Have no idea about the computer stuff but love all the amazing quilts you are making!

Hey Jill,
I made this long winded speech about how i did my header. THEN I re-read what you had tried to do and realized you just want to upload a photo....glad I didn't post my other blurb now. I tried too with your url. I really have no idea why it doesn't work. Why don't you just upload it straight from your computer? It has that option and it might save you some hassle.
The problem is that I don't have any photo editing software on my computer, so I cropped the photo in Piknic. The thing is that this is the same thing I did with my last header, and it worked perfectly.
Sorry i can't be any help on why that isn't working but did you know that there's lots of editing software you can download for free to do the likes of cropping etc so you could upload it directly. Have you checked out gimp?
Otherwise I'd be happy to make edits for you- feel free to email it to me.
Xx
I just clicked on your link from Kat's blog and thought I might be able to help you with this one.
On your flickr, click on the share button and then on the "grab the HTML" link.
Copy that code on to a WP document - you don't want to use the whole thing and it won't let you only copy the bit you want.
If you look at the code, you'll see a bit that starts with "img src="http...". Copy from "http://" to ".jpg".
That's the code you need to put into your blog header on blogger.
So, in this case, your code is:

Hope that helps! :)
